Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery when the product is deffective or damaged. Any other warranty details are included with the shipment. To return a product please follow these steps:
- 1. To receive an RMA# (Returned Merchandise Approval), you must call our customer support center. You can call and leave a message if during non-business hours and we will return your call on the following business day. It is important to leave a message on the day you decide to return the merchandise since our return policy is to accept returns only when submitted within 24 hours of receiving shippment. We will accept a voicemail as a qualified time. We will still need to speak with you to confirm the details of the return and to provide you with the RMA# which you will need to include with your return. Any Shipping, Packaging charges/cost for non defective returns are the consumer responsibility. If the return requires a replacement we will ship the replacement to you at our cost.
